1. Who we are
Arfa Moments ("we", "us") operates arfawedcraft.com, a service for creating and sharing animated wedding invitation webpages. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@arfawedcraft.com.
2. Information we collect
Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
Invitation content: the details you enter into your invitations, such as names, parents' names, dates, venues, event schedules, photo and music links, and personal messages.
Guest responses: RSVP names, attendance answers, guest counts and messages left by people who open your invitation.
Usage data: anonymous view counts on published invitations. We do not track individual guests or build advertising profiles.
3. How we use your information
We use your data solely to operate the service: displaying your invitations to the people you share them with, delivering guest responses to your dashboard, processing plan purchases, and responding to your support requests. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with anyone.
4. Payments
Plan payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay over encrypted connections and never touch our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and order reference.
5. Public invitations and automatic privacy
A published invitation is visible to anyone who has its link. Thirty days after your wedding date, the public link is automatically retired and the invitation is no longer publicly accessible. Your content remains available in your private dashboard.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated invitations and guest responses at any time by writing to contact@arfawedcraft.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Security
Passwords are stored using modern one-way hashing. All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to invitation data is restricted to the account that created it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
